We will work with you from start to finish. You may participate as much or as little as you like. Your coordinator will create a timeline, and suggest the best vendors for your event.

Event Coordination Project Management:
Don't have the budget to hire a full time project manager? Our experience project manager can help you organize the event, set a budget, and detail a to-do list so your staff can complete the job with ease.

Event Director:
Your event director will be responsible for set up, supervision, and clean up of your event. Due to your strategy, your event was a success!

Pricing:
Since every client has different needs, our fees will be custom designed based on your needs. We will meet with you at no cost or obligation to discuss how we can help plan your event. You will then be quoted a flat fee based on your specific needs.
